At Tennessee Neurofeedback, we provide personalized, non-invasive neurofeedback brain training to help improve attention, mood, sleep, and cognitive performance. This approach supports individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, traumatic brain injury (TBI), sleep problems, and chronic stress, especially when other treatments haven’t brought lasting results.
Non-invasive. Personalized. Brain-based.
Flexible appointment times available.
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive brain training method that helps regulate brain activity involved in attention, mood, and cognitive performance. During a session, small sensors are placed on the scalp to monitor brainwave activity. These sensors simply listen to the brain’s activity while the system provides real-time feedback through sound or visual cues. Over time, the brain learns to develop healthier patterns associated with focus, emotional balance, and mental clarity.
Conditions Neurofeedback May Help Support

Support for attention regulation, distractibility, mental overload, and task completion challenges.

Helping the brain regulate stress and worry patterns that can affect daily life.

Supporting healthier brain regulation related to mood, motivation, and emotional balance.

Helping calm dysregulated stress responses associated with trauma.

Supporting healthier brain patterns involved in sleep and recovery.

Neurofeedback support tailored to individual regulation, attention, and nervous system functioning.

Helping support focus, regulation, and recovery following concussion or brain injury.

Supporting brain regulation patterns that may be linked with migraine symptoms.

You’re not weak. You’re overloaded.
There are times when everything simply feels heavier than it should.
You’re still working.
Still managing responsibilities.
Still showing up for the people who depend on you.
But your mind feels exhausted.
Sleep doesn’t restore your energy.
Your brain doesn’t properly switch off.
Focus takes more effort than it used to.
You may have tried improving routines, exercising more, or changing sleep habits.
Those things can help.
But when symptoms persist, the issue may not be about willpower alone. Chronic stress and neurological overload can affect how the brain regulates mood, energy, and attention.
Neurofeedback works by helping the brain learn healthier regulation patterns over time.
How We Help
At Tennessee Neurofeedback, our approach includes comprehensive care designed to understand and support how your brain functions.
Brain Mapping Assessment
Every program begins with a qEEG brain map, a non-invasive assessment that helps us understand how your brain is functioning. This map identifies patterns related to attention, stress regulation, sleep, and cognitive performance so your training can be personalized.
Personalized Neurofeedback Training
Your training program is customized based on your brain’s activity patterns and your specific concerns. Sessions involve relaxing while the brain receives real-time feedback that encourages healthier activity patterns.
Progress Monitoring
Our clinical team monitors your progress and adjusts training protocols as needed to support optimal improvement.
